Bonding

Bonding of up to $5,000 is available through the Federal Bonding Program. Bonds  provide insurance guaranteeing job honesty—at NO COST to the employer.

Federal Tax Credit

Many employers qualify to receive a tax credit of up to $2,400 for hiring OEP Participants.

We have created training and employment initiatives that:

• Connect offenders to viable employment opportunities

The OEP continually recruits area employers as stakeholders and partners in the County’s workforce development system.

• Job seekers are thoroughly screened and assessed to determine suitable employment and to ensure success.

• OEP specialists work directly with employers to provide punctual, dependable, motivated employees.

• Job counselors work to meet the needs of the employer, employee and the community to ensure successful work-life adjustment.
