Career Transition Assistance
A Career Transition Specialist is assigned to each participant. The Career
Transition Specialist will schedule an individual meeting to discuss career goals and reach
consensus about training options. Career Transition Specialist's provide initial skills and
background assessment as well as
on-going support as job search coaches and continually link participants to
appropriate activities and services.
