Eligibility
CTC, Inc. operates a wide
variety of
services designed to serve a diverse range of area
residents who have lost their jobs due to layoff or termination.
Eligibility is based on the State of Maryland and the Workforce Investment
Act (WIA)
eligibility guidelines. Eligible customers must present a layoff
letter or proof they are receiving unemployment benefits.

- Social Security Card
- Proof of Income (Unemployment check stub
or documents; or, layoff letter from former or present employer) (If
